Wall Graphic Quick Help
What does cropped mean?
Cropped refers to trimming around a specific part of your photograph you upload. For example if you upload a photo and click "do not crop" the image will arrive exactly how you uploaded it. On the other hand if you specify "Crop this image" we will cut out whatever specific part of the image you want. Here is an illustration below of cropping.
What is the turnaround time?
Wall Graphics ship within 2 business days after your proof has been approved.
I need a specific size, can you do that?
Yes, we can do a specific size. In order to select the the correct price on our price menu take the longest side you require whether it be width or height and round up to the closest size shown on our menu.
Why would I need to leave a comment?
The comment field is made so you can tell use where to crop your picture (see above) or specify specific sizes. You may also use the comment field to tell us anything else you want customized on your image.
Can I see a proof of my cropped image before I buy?
Unfortunately we are unable to proof cropped images before they are purchased. After you have purchased your image one of our artist will tediously crop your image as specified. You will always get a proof of it before we produce it, if we are unable to provide a cropped proof to your satisfaction we will issue a 100% refund.
My image is low quality, what can I do?
There is usually nothing you can do to increase the quality of an image directly unless you have the original photograph in a higher resolution version. We recommend trying to obtain a better photograph usually be increasing the settings on your camera to as high as they will go.
Our Image quality rating provides a conservative recommendation for the maximum size your image can be produced at. We will also be happy to look at your image directly through email if you want. However, we
will not replace wall graphics if customers consider the final product to be pixelated or grainy.
